We have secured, automated checkout through STRIPE. They accept all major credit and debit cards. All of our product prices have a credit card processing fee included so there will be no additional charge. We offer a 2% product discount for check or money order payments. At this current time, we do not offer financing.

On special occasions such as black Friday promotions we do offer coupon codes and we also send out codes to our valued customers. We offer a large % discount to all of our trade partners. In addition to our trade partner discounts we also offer quantity discounts for orders with more than 1 item.  The discounts will vary depending on the product, but please reach out to our team and we’ll absolutely will take care of you!

Your order is custom made for you but we will be glad to cancel your order at no charge, if we have not began building your product. Usually product begins production 3 – 5 days after the order is received. If we have built your product, but have not shipped it, we charge a 15% inventory fee. For returning received items due to our companies mistake we will send you a shipping label and provide you a store credit for the total you spent with us or we can give you a full refund. If you are returning an item because you changed your mind you will be responsible for shipping and the 15% inventory fee.

If you do not see your location as an option for shipping, please reach out to our team! This may be a system error or you may be out of our included shipping range. We will be happy to get you a free shipping quote!

Although shipping times vary, the product is usually ready to be picked up by the shipping company within 30 days for standard orders. We update our standard order lead time in the top left hand corner of desktop and tablet browsers. If there is a deadline we can work with your due date but please contact us before placing an order. If you created an account with us before or during you purchase you can always log in to your account and see the status of your purchase.   Once the item has left our facility, we will send you a confirmation email and add a note to your account page with the shipping information.

We build extremely durable and high quality products. We have faith that our products will last decades, but in the case that you do need a warranty…  We are here for you! All of our concrete products come with a 3 year warranty. To prevent warranty misuse we require proof that the product will not be usable for the replacement to be issued. After it is a confirmed, we will build you a replacement! If the warranty is filed due to craftsmanship we will cover the shipping and all associated costs to get you the replacement product!
